As a professional trainer, my passion is to guide you towards a healthier, more balanced lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths, challenges, and starting points, and I tailor my approach to support you as an individual.
My journey into fitness is personal. I have transformed my own lifestyle through weight loss and building healthier habits, and more recently, as a mum, I have experienced that journey again after having a baby. This has given me not only the knowledge, but a real understanding of what it feels like to start (or restart) your fitness journey, especially during different stages of life.
I offer a welcoming, supportive and realistic approach to training. Whether you’re new to exercise, returning after having a baby, or simply looking to feel stronger and more confident, I’m here to help.
Together, we’ll set achievable goals, build sustainable habits, and work at a pace that suits you — with guidance and support every step of the way.
My aim is not just to help you improve your fitness, but to support you in making positive, lasting changes that fit into your everyday life.

TRAINING
I offer 1-1 personal training & fitness classes, based at my private studio. I help with weight loss, strength training and cardio. My training style is to combine resistance training with circuits and HIIT. To help you improve overall health, this cannot only be physically but mentally too. I also provide professional fitness programs designed to help you reach and maintain your health and fitness goals.
